3 Favourite Quotes

Good day fellas 🎩 (I’ve been watching wAYYY to many old British movies lately lol) I know today I was supposed to upload my March Favourite post… however with everything going on in life and the world in general. I haven’t gotten the change to zero down on what my 5 March Favourites could be. So with that being said I’ll try my best to find 5 March favs *hopefully before April* but for now you’ll have to forgive me and read this post instead, which if I do say so myself will be just as fun and interesting to read!

I have been wanting to write this post (and post it lol) **so badly** but you see I really wanted to make sure I pick the right quotes that I really valued the most. (If you read the title, then what I’m talking about will make sense… if not we’ll hang in there it will make sense lol.) In this post i wanted to zero in on 3 of my favourite, most thought of quotes. I really found this to be a challenge because for me this post was so much more than picking three quotes and talk about it. I wanted to really take what I have learned about these quotes and give it to you guys. So I know I’ve been rambling for way to long but here are my three favourite quotes!

My first quote is *drum roll please* “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” ~C.S. Lewis

Of course when anyone reads this quote for the first time, they can tell that this quote speaks truth. I have find that when you read this quote and start to understand it, it because clear what C.S. Lewis was stating. The point he was making is simple; don’t try to fix the past it’s not do-able, (even Satan can’t change the fact that Jesus died on the cross) however, if you’re not happy where you are at right now, change it.

What I have notice about this quote though is how hard it is to do it. To put it into use, often time we dislike where we are at in life, but the mere idea of having to go the extra mile and fight for where we want to be, physically, mentally, or just in general in life, it is so hard to put our mind to it (well that’s definitely how I feel sometimes lol.) But the good new is that Lewis knew that if you fought trough it, and put your mind to it you would reach a better “ending.”

Now on a lighter note (hahaha, yeah right.) My second favourite quote is **drum roll** “Be careful with your words. Once they are said, they can be only forgiven, not forgotten.” ~Unknown

If you are overly sensitive (like me) you clearly understand this quote. For me this quote is one that is definitely constantly at the back of my mind. It’s easy to say something way to fast and not think about how your words have hurt others. *slowlyfallingintoallthememoriesofeverythingIhavesaidwaytofastandfallingintodespair* JUST KIDDING IM BACK!! I strongly believe that this quote was not to make you feel guilty every time you read it, if does your reading it wrong.

This quote, from what I have learned from it is to help you in two ways: 1. it says in the quote itself that those words spoken can be heavy and painful but they can also be forgiven, and as we have learned from the bible FORGIVENESS IS FREEING! 2. This is a warning, to be careful not about what you have said in the past (you can’t change that) but what you might say in the future.

And of course, this wouldn’t t be alright if I didn’t have a famous anime movie quote in here. So, for my third final favourite quote is ****drum roll pleaseee**** “Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but Today is a gift, that is why they call it Present.” ~Master Oogway, Kung Fu Panda 🐒

Ever since I have wanted to write this post I knew I was going to use this quote. When I first heard it I loved it (seriously!) I’m not to sure why this quote has always gotten to me but it has, and I always have it in my head. I think it is a great reminder that we only have memories of the past, we don’t know what the future holds, but that in the end we should be present in the Present(🎁) of right now, and enjoy it.

Well ladies & Gents that is my post for today!! If you made it this fart congrats and thanks for reading. Stay toon for later this week because I will be uploading my March Favourites post (ill try either Friday or Saturday ishπŸ˜…)

I hope you enjoyed this post and I also wanted to say thank you to my small amount of readers who take the time to read, like, and comment. (You seriously don’t know how much I appreciate it!)

As always thanks for reading!
